I signed up for it! I really hope I win! That'd be so fun whoever won. What it is is that you can go shopping with Miley and Emily in LA. You already missed your chance to do it if you didn't already because it was in a magazine a couple months ago. I can't remember which one. But whoever wins is SO lucky! I hope it's me!!
