Did anyone else notice that Noah Cyrus (Miley's little sister) was on the episode 'It's a Mannequin's World'? I'm wtching it and i realized that when Miley is pretending to be the Hannah mannequin to help lily find a present, a little girl walks up and tugs on her jeans, then calls her a freak. im pretty sure its Noah. did anyone else see it to make sure?
