Miley's biggest fan is going to be a new sweepstakes, the people joining the sweepstakes will have to take a picture of a room including all of there fan stuff or write a letter to Miley and Billey Ray to show how much of a fan of her you are. (You can say, "Oh my god! I love you so much! You are so talented! You goddess!) or make a video that will be shown to Miley. It can be you singing a song by her, re-acting a scene from Hannah Montana or saying, "Miley! You are watching this! I love your show with Emily Osment! You are so sweet and talented!" just blabber beeble. You may ask me for her address were your photo/letter/video will be sent. But for a reminder the sweepstakes hasn't started.

that is not the miley cyrus and emily osment sweepstakes all you have to do is buy the magazine with it in and then you send the paper away or you can email your info
